Clients Registration and procedure

Activation Waiver

A one-time activation waiver of R750 is required for businesses to join the Lifeline app. This fee covers the initial setup and onboarding process, including creating a business profile, verifying credentials, and integrating services into the app.

Subscription Fee

A subscription fee of R500 per month is applicable for businesses to continue using the Lifeline app. This fee covers ongoing access to the app's features, including receiving orders and managing bookings, as well as ongoing support and updates.

Commision based Model.

Lifeline operates on a commission-based model, where businesses registered on our portal pay a percentage-based commission on each successfully completed transaction. The commission percentage will be communicated to businesses during the onboarding process and will be deducted automatically from the transaction amount. This model ensures that businesses have a cost-effective way to access a wide user base, generate revenue, and pay for the services rendered through the app.
